I am coming up to being on my second week of soft foods. They told me what I could eat but nothing about how much to eat. I have not had any fills yet. I just don't want to eat too much and do damage.

Most doctors say no more than 1/2 to 1cup of food per meal.

I agree with mis73 my dr said a cup after surgery

My NUT said 1/4 to 1/2 cup. Make sure you call and find out!
