dgoertz1 120 Posted September 12, 2013 Had my surgery Nov 6,2012. I have lost 83 lbs and just went on a 5 day cruise and came hone only gaining 1 lb. Been overweight forever til surgery. Just follow guidelines. You will loose weight! No one ever comments on my posts but whatever! Good luck to all! feelinggood 152 Posted September 12, 2013 honestly when you look at the number of views vs. the number of people who comment there is a huge difference. sometimes people just don't know what to say or are looking for answers to a problem they are experiencing. jealous about your cruise and think you did amazing only gaining 1 lb. you should be proud because i know the food they serve on those cruises are yummmmmmy! dgoertz1 120 Posted September 13, 2013 It was tempting. I did drink more than I ate. Lol! But bottom line. I had my surgery 11/6/2012 and I have been so blessed. I had the band with plication never had a fill feel great ! I can't believe it's been almost a year. Best of luck to e eryone.
