I was banded at 1030am yesterday and I have been pretty much sleeping all day. I had some pretty severe gas pain that I could feel moving and it was very uncomfortable. But it eased up when I took my pain medication. GAS X has been a GOD SEND!! You will definitely need these get these chewable kind. I lost 14 lbs so far

Hi! Welcome! I'm new.... One week post op. not sure how to navigate this app yet but wanted to say 'hello' and wow! Big loss on pre op diet! I didn't do pre op diet and in a week I have lost 9lb Obvious that its a lot of Fluid as my face has a better definition now. Congratulations!

Congrats and welcome to the other side. The gas pain was a trip but try to keep walking around the house and when you feel comfortable go to Walmart or Target and walk around. Oh while your there pick up some Thermacare shoulder pads. They may come in handy if you start having shoulder pain. This helped me a lot.
