So many things!!

I wanna run a 5k

I wanna be a size 10/12 (now I'm practically a 14 so I'm getting there!)

I wanna get married/ find an awesome guy (ok that's not necessarily directly band related... But it sort of is!)

Ps:

I would also love to buy mis73 and Carolina girl drinks ;)

-put on a swimming suit and not want to hide

-get my sex drive back

-wear single digits

-run without my fat jiggling in pain!

I want my husband to be able to put his arms all the way around me!

I want to get my sexy back, and leave the lights on. ???‰

I want to wear a size 10, not a 20W, which was where I started. (By the way, I'm down to a 16W, yea!)

I want to do yoga without being the fat lady in the room.

I want to grow old, and not have an obesity related disease be the reason I died.

I want to be a positive role model for my adult daughter, regarding living a healthy lifestyle.

I want to cross my legs easily.

I want to not have to tell my husband to wait on me when we go on bike rides.

I want to know what's it like to not have to go into a speciality store to buy clothes.

I want to be the real me, not me wrapped in a fat suit!!

I want to be healthy first and formost!

I want to not exceed the weight-or size limit on simple things ( chairs, amusement rides, movie theater seats, etc)

I want to not have to stand on the back during group pictures.

I want to feel like the me I know is in there!!!!

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.
