just got approved by insurance and scheduled to get banded on 10/10 also!! are you nervous? i feel like a weight has been lifted i was more nervous about getting approved!

I'm nervous! I'm in Australia, and we pretty much get approved if the surgeon recommends it .

Nervous about procedure, recovery, telling people.

Can't wait to lose weight tho!

I am feeling anxious and thrilled all at the same time. I am looking forward to losing weight and being healthy again for me and my family. When is your surgery date?

We all get nervous after all it is surgery. Remember to walk sip and get ur Protein in. I was banded July 1 returned to work a week and an half after and this is the best healthiest de ion I made. Felt crappy for the first week but that was it. Love the band. Follow ur drs and move a little you will be fine. N this forum is a great place of support even if u just flip through post and read. I get banded on 10/7/13 taking 11 work days off, but i wont return back to the job until 11/1/13 i work 12 hour days so get more time off then most I am also feeling anxious and thrilled all at the same time, just can not weight no longer always been large so now this should be a really good treat for me
