If you can get liquids down you are not stuck.

Rather, you may have irritated the stoma when the bread passed and it's now inflammed.

Best to stay on liquids until the inflammation subsides for a few days than progress with mushies than softs/solids

I get that too. Baby your band with liquids and mushies until it feels better. Should only last for a day or two. If it lasts longer call your doctor.
