HotButterFly 981 Posted September 6, 2013 I'm aware we are NOT supposed to drink our calories, but every now-and-then I still replace a meal with a Protein Shake. Am I cheating myself (and the band)?? 1 pastor o reacted to this

sp70 193 Posted September 6, 2013 I agree with Steph04, I have one in the morning for Breakfast as I'm generally not hungry. If I don't, then I don't meet my Protein goals. My nutritionist is ok with it too! 2 pastor o and ☠carolinagirl☠ reacted to this
kespy74 103 Posted September 6, 2013 I hope not too, because that was what I was planning on doing once I got banded. 1 pastor o reacted to this

grownazzkid 206 Posted September 6, 2013 Nope. I have a Protein Shake every morning for breakfast and after every workout. If I have a long bike ride in the evening that shake after will be my dinner. I don’t depend on them but I do use them for convenience and to make sure I keep my Protein intake up, especially when I don’t feel like eating food.< /span> 2 ☠carolinagirl☠ and pastor o reacted to this

pastor o 73 Posted September 7, 2013 I'm aware we are NOT supposed to drink our calories' date=' but every now-and-then I still replace a meal with a Protein shake. Am I cheating myself (and the band)??[/quote'] MY Dr told Me to take in a minimum of 90 Grams of Protein each day! I USE Protein powder with my NUTRIBULLET with Veggies & fruit with The Protein Powder. I know I was previously not getting 30-40 grams a day & The Dr told me to step it up to loose weight. It has not helped at all!

gowalking 10,790 Posted September 7, 2013 I have a scoop of Protein powder in Water every day to boost my protein and get my hair to stop falling out. I'm sure a Protein Drink is absolutely fine. 1 HotButterFly reacted to this
