Just got out of hospital....

Hi everyone.... Tonight is my first night home from hospital after getting the band.... Feeling abit gassy and uncomfortable as I try to sleep. I searched for an app and found this one and it seems everyone is from the states, well I'm from Bundaberg, Queensland, Australia. Even though its different countries I think the process is the same....

Congratulations on getting the band. I have talked with people from Australia. Maybe there is a place somewhere on this site where you can look them up.

As for the gas, walking and a heating pad help.
