Anyone have the lasagna cup recipe?

I was on here a few days ago and saw a delicious sounding recipe for lasagna in a cup??????? Did anyone else save it?

I never saw that post, but I'm interested to have the recipe, too. I just looked online, and there are tons of them.

Not sure if this is the EXACT recipe, but it's the one I use and I LOVE it. It is a lifesaver after fills or when you need to baby your band.

1/4 c low fat cottage cheese

1/4 c spaghetti sauce

1/4 c shredded mozzarella

Optional Parmesan cheese 2 Tbsp (I think because I don't use it)

Mix cottage cheese and spaghetti sauce and microwave for about 30 seconds or to desired hotness. Sprinkle cheese on top and microwave about 30 seconds more.
