Exactly the same at 196.5. Really glad because I had a huge amount taken out if my band due to irritation so for the next couple of weeks I'm not expecting much loss! I feel so much better though now that the irritation is subsiding!

I messed up. My sept 1 weight was 155.4. I originally posted: Weight on September 1st~ (it's early, but let's say 144. Can you correct that for me...Sorry :P

Well I'm a week late but here I am!

Sept 8 weight - 246 (on the 1st I was probably around 250)

Sept 30 goal - 238

Band date - aug 26, 2013

Total weight lost so far - 18 lbs

food goal - 60 G Protein daily

Exercise goal - continue walking at least 1 hr per day

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive).
