This challenge is a fun way to keep track of your monthly weight loss while gaining and giving support to other bandsters. Copy and post the template below and fill in the information that you are comfortable sharing on September 1st then come back every Sunday on the 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th and the LAST DAY OF THE MONTH --Monday September 30th and post your updated weight. I will keep track of the weights to get a table listing everyone's results on the following weekend. Weight on September 1st~ 265.5 Age~ 27 City/State~ Columbus, OH Dietary goal for September~ to cut curbs (pretty easy with puréed diet) Exercise goal for September~ I can't work out until the end! We are going to Disney and Destin though for vacation - so walking around the park and we are going parasailing, etc on vacation. Personal goal for September~ to lose one size - almost there! Date banded~ 8/26/13 Total weight loss since banding/pre op diet~ 11.9 lbs Favorite Fall Activity~ going to the pumpkin patch/corn field and maze with my daughter! They have an amazing hay barn and face painting, maple donuts, apple cider and a tractor ride to get our pumpkins. Any input on what I can expect to lose is helpful!
