It's been 3 months, going into 4... I've had 3 fill ins, still trying to get into my green zone. I loose, but not as much as I hoped for. I think I need to work out more. Starting weight at 257 current weight 219.

Last month, shirt fit me big I got my old size but it didn't fit well, sadly I wore it once, and not again

This is me now, with a shirt that marinated in my closet for two years. It fits and loose now....

Well everyone, I can really only count with the honesty that you lovely people can give me. It least I know you will be honest.

We are about the same time out from surgery and have lost about the same amount. I can see it. In fact i ran and looked at the mirror thinking...wow...she's shrunk!...have I shrunk that much?

Hahaha when did you get banded? I was freaking out bc maybe Im just delusional, or I don't see it... But it almost feels unreal to me lol and you look amazing!

Down 38 pounds in 3 months, that is about 3 pounds a week. Which is above the average of 1-2 pounds a week. So lets be honest......That is great!!!

Keep doing what you are doing, it's working great! Congrats on the progress.

April 24th. I like that the weight comes off slowly enough that I occasionally get really surprised by unnoticed changes. There is one pair of pants I'm always sucking in my gut to put on...and then I realize...I don't need to suck it in anymore....they fit fine...and are actually getting too big!

You need to put on a shirt thats a little tighter so you can start to see your shape change...you'll be amazed!
