Well, since I am only in high school, and I do participate in varsity sports, Im running into some trouble during practices. We have 2 hour practices everyday but I am having trouble staying hydrated during practice since I only have around 3-4 Water breaks (not to mention we are outside in the boiling heat) so not sure how to approach. Because when I do have water-breaks I want to chug as much as I can but obviously I cannot like I used to.

What kind of sports do not allow you to drink at will? I don't get it? If you haven't told your coaches, you should. There's an initiative in place now to prevent heat exhaustion in high school sports and you're a prime candidate?

Get your doc to write you a note that says you must be able to carry Water with you. Coaches must comply. Simple as that. Good luck!

PS Do not tell your coaches about LB, high school teachers are the biggest gossipers ever. Trust me, I am one. Lol

@pura too funny.. perhaps drinking Gatorade instead of Water during practices. Drink Water through out the day so you can stay hydrated so when u sweat it will be all of the water n that Gatorade will replenish. When inwas in high school I was on the soccer team. My coach used to eat big macs while we were running track.. sad I now wonder how hes doing... lol
