BklynPenny 51 Posted August 27, 2013 Hey guys.... I am 1 month & 1/2 post op and ive been hitting the gym. Down 27 lbs down I've tooken a few classes n feel a little scared to work on my tummy/abs area. Will anything happen to my port of band if I do crunches & sit ups so soon??? PrettyThick1 1,860 Posted August 27, 2013 I'd ask the doctor first. I wasn't comfortable enough at that stage of the game to even try crunches or sit ups.
