I know now what hunger pains are vs head hungry like everyone has talked about. I had a new grandbaby on day 1, so my first few days have been spent with tons of family and friends planning where to eat next! I packed my slimfast shakes and canned Soup and made it just fine...no meals for me.... I think the next 7 days will be a little easier, it seems to be getting better each day. I will be banded on September 4th and it truly can't get here fast enough! its hard to get your Protein and carbs with no solid food allowed LOL!
