i started taking them like 5 weeks before just to get into the habit.

Just started them today!! Had my follow up visit yesterday and they said chewables! But hey I got a fill so I'm back on liquids for a couple days so it gives me the chance to chew!

About a month before surgery, I started taking a liquid Vitamin from GNC. Gave me some time to get used to it. The taste is horrible but the Vitamins in it are top shelf. I have definitely noticed the difference.

I never heard back from my NUT about the Vitamins and it's been six days and I was told a week so I already had bought the chewable a and took one today. They taste nasty but I feel like I need them so I will handle the nasty taste
