Onthedkline 1 Posted August 23, 2013 Hi all 25th June I was banded .. I lost 7kgs in the first and that's been about it .. I must admit my eating hasn't truly changed .. It was like once I found out once I could eat some of my old fav foods I started to get back into this bad habits I went for my first fill today and I'm back up 5kgs in 8 weeks .. Doc says its a natural thing to not lose in the first 8 weeks but from what I'm reading doesn't show that.. My eating could defs be better and exercise too .. babykins529 189 Posted August 23, 2013 Unfortunately, you can't eat the same things the same way you used to. You can have some every once in a while but what was the point in getting banded if you are just going to fall back into the same routine? Some people don't want to give that food up, but they exercise to make up for it. Now I don't know what kind of foods you've been eating, but I'm sure its not what your body needs to lose weight. I hope you can help yourself to figure this out because once you do, and you really start losing weight, the feeling you will have is indescribable!
