Hello, I am going through all my testing right now. I do not have a date set as of yet. I have been reading threads and wondering what being in the green means.

Green zone is when your band is adjusted to the point that you feel satisfied with a cup or less of food for 4-5 hours and you should be losing 1-2 lbs a week.
