I am happy to report that I hit the 30 pound mark today, on my 3 month bandiversary. I haven't been this weight since before my first daughter was born 17 years ago. I feel so incredibly proud of myself and I want to thank everyone on this forum and other forums who've helped me along the way. Your encouragement and support are the backbone to my success.

Woohoo! I'm only 6 pounds away from my lowest weight in the last 10 years. I'm so excited to get there!
