Started this journey at 242 now as of today I am 219lbs it's nice to see the numbers go down. Still got a way to go but making progress!!!!

My long term goal is 135-140. I had my surgery July 31st 2013. I'm excited to be healed and get a fill and see the pounds fall off. I can't wait to be under 200lbs again.
