Helli 49 Posted August 16, 2013 I have started back to work and the nature of it forces me to walk outside in the AZ heat for at least 15 to 20 minutes a day. I also started a pre - pre op diet replacing one meal a day with a Protein Shake. My regular was a Sausage McMuffin with hash browns and an iced tea. Now it's a Protein shake and a Chobani fat free greek yogurt. I still do the iced tea. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
