My doctor is very conservative with his fills and I've had my band 8 months. I'm still not st the green zone but I'm ok with that because I've learned a new way of eating. I'm aware of what I eat and I log my calories everyday so at least I'm being disciplined to a healthier way of eating. I'm hoping I'll hit the green zone soon.
