Second fill coming up

I think I really need this fill coming up on Thursday I'm not really losing I'm doing the right things except for my birthday Yesterday was the first time since my surgery on July 1 I eat the whole plate of food I felt so guilty after I wanted to throw up in the restroom I have lost 13 pounds So far and again three back not a happy camper feeling a little down
