My surgeon had me to make the appointment for exactly 3 weeks after surgery. You're doing a great job without it!!! Do you know if you were filled during surgery? As long as you can go 4 hours after eating and you're losing weight, you don't really need one. I've been getting hungry in my 3rd week after a fill, so once a month is perfect timing for me.
