Blondie638 98 Posted August 11, 2013 In the beginning i was a youtube fanatic. Watching everyone's journey giving me high hopes for mine. People weighing about the same as i did in the beginning have lost nearly 70-80 lbs by now (almost 7 months post op). And i can now say I've lost almost 50. Its a size able amount but i still have 80 left. Now youtube just makes me feel discouraged and that i may be struggling or may have issues. In the past 3 months i may have lost 10 lbs. the weight loss has come to a screeching halt. Anyone else get where I'm coming from? 1 pitbossAC reacted to this

In the past 3 months i may have lost 10 lbs. the weight loss has come to a screeching halt. Anyone else get where I'm coming from? I felt the same way. I dropped 50 pounds fast in my first year, I was upset, I wanted 60-70.. I lost only 7 in the next year, I maintained. I went online & got a food list of Low Glycemic Index foods & started watching everything that went into my mouth. Measured it all. 1 cup or less... I walked daily. Next month's check up! Down 15 pounds & 3 pounds each month for the last 2 months. I'm now going to get back on track & I'm hitting the gym with a trainer too. I want my last 42-47 pounds GONE! Good luck! You can do this!!
