Exactly! I hope your surgery went well! I was nervous the morning of mine, but the nurse gave me some lovely lalaland juice and I was fine! Of course, once the anesthesiologist got done with me, I didn't know anything anyway lol.

I'll help you along the way as you help me. It helps to know I'm not alone looking at the huge chasm between where I am now and where my "healthy" weight is.

I am very happy it went well. The best thing I did was the band. Just remember to follow your doctors rules not some else's.

I have to agree with everyone.....my starting weight was 316.

Little by little......some days are a struggle.....but I look to the future, being able to keep up with my kids.
