pre op all liquid diet question

So I wasnt exactly given a list is applesause ok or not?

If it is all liquid then I would say no , applesauce was on my puréed list

I called today and they said unsweetened applesause was fine pretty much anything I can suck through a staw besides with just the shakes Jello and Water I wasnt getting enough calories to fule my body yesterday I only got 450 calories down but went way over on the suggested peotein so

Yeah for real if it wasnt for that I wasnt getting anywhere near my 1000 calories and was so just un energized it wasnt funny its hard to run on 450 calories lol
