fashionstylist 458 Posted August 9, 2013 I have been doing great ! I have been counting calories through My Fitness Pal and am currently on 1000 calories per my doctor. Staying away from sweets , breads, no no rice . Mainly Protein and vegetables. I am on solids and wonder can I do a flat bread pizza as long as I stay within my 1/2 - 1 cup of food and within my calories. Thoughts? Help!!! My dept is going out for lunch ...
