Kiley 0 Posted August 9, 2013 I am 2 weeks post op and I feel hungry. I am hoping that once I get the fills I won't be as hungry! I have ventured out and ate some stuff I shouldn't have and I sure have paid for it.
Lorettanjgal 19 Posted August 9, 2013 The band is a tool. You still need to eat healthy food and watch calories. I'm almost 2 weeks post-op, also. I'm curious how much u lost. I eat about 600 calories a day and down only 9lbs.

Regarding your calorie count and weight loss, 600 calories is low and your body might be in starvation mode. Just remember that these first weeks,, the goal is to heal and let the weight loss come later. Don't focus on the scale, just focus on getting over the trauma of the surgery. Good luck to you and Kiley.

PrettyThick1 1,860 Posted August 9, 2013 Fills will help tremendously. You should schedule one for next week, your at the stage I was when I started feeling hunger. My first fill was three weeks after my surgery and it was right on time.
