Three years out, and many fills and in-fills, I now know that the most I can have 8.75cc in my 11cc band. If I have less, no restriction. More, constant reflux

I'm at 8.3 cc....and 8.4 was hard on me......I got an unfill October to 7.5.... and just reupped to 8.3......I think this is me for a while.....
