Sharpie 3,306 Posted August 8, 2013 muscle milk has a Protein Bar low sugar, good Protein, my nutritionists says the protein should be about 10% of the total calories.. 200 calories should have 20 gms protein and sugar less than 5 gms.. I have eaten Quest bars but they are a funny texture... cliff bars and some of those are really high in carbs and sugar.. check your labels...

madmanmike 33 Posted August 10, 2013 I just tried Premier Protein bars. They have 30g of Protein and 8 g of sugar 25g carb. They provide protein from both whey and soy. Great tasting bars. I have tried all kinds and this seems to be the best fit for Branders. Many of the Meal Replacement bars have way too much sugar and very high in calories and carbs. You can buy these at Sam's Club along with the premier Protein shakes which are really great tasting. I highly recommend these bars.
CHEZNOEL 4,061 Posted August 10, 2013 I would watch the carb content. Many of the Atkins bars work well as do the KIND bars.

I am trying to get some ideas of really good Protein Bars that might be similar to quakers granola bars. My dietitian told me to buy the Cliff Protein bars. They have 20 grams of protein. I love the mint chocolate the best.
