Htx_Pepper 28 Posted August 8, 2013 I was banded jst August 1. I think i did liquids the first 5 days or so only bcuz i was recovering and my stomach felt really sick. Yday i got down a half cup of campbells vegetable Soup. It was mostly broth & the veggies were quite mushy. 3 spoonfulls and i was stuffed. The 4th spoonfull i got a sharp pain and i just quit altogether! This is off topic but do u still get the burping at week 3? As it was in weeks 1&2? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Mix 1/4 c cottage cheese (nonfat or low fat) and 1/4 c spaghetti sauce in a bowl and microwave for about 45 sec or until slightly hot. Top with 1/4 c shredded mozzarella cheese and Parmesan (if desired) and microwave for another 30-45 sec or until cheese is melted. It tastes like lasagna without the noodles and has a good amount of Protein. There is also a Facebook page that has really good recipes for all stages.
