omg port problems

Mine is hurting a little today i think i over did it yesterday doing yard work i was nanded july23

I was banded on the 24th and overdis it yesterday and had swelling and redness at my port incision. I have been icing off and on last night and today and it is helping a lot. I forget I had surgery a week and a half ago until I have done too much.

Be careful hun I'm nit doing anything until my doc tells me so.

This is not my first post after being banded. They way I coped with my nerves the day of surgery is I put it out of my mind. I though about my bills being paid and I looked at magazines and I played a game on my phone staying busy was very key for me! I am my own cheerleader I have to make this life style change also thank you I will not put up with ppl trying to ruining my life and what I'm suppose to do in life! Thank you :0) !
