Hi all

Has anyone tried warm Water and fresh lemon soooo good, I found this great for postop day 6

I am planning to have three cups a day. 1x morning (before liquid breakfast) 1before liquid lunch and 1before dinner. Each cup will have two slices of fresh lemon in it. Do you think this may be too much?

I am post up day 8 and I've been drinking cold Water that I put in the fridge with grated ginger, lemon, mint, and cucumber slices. I let it sit overnight so the water is flavored and its helped me with gas.
