MOJO3141 7 Posted August 1, 2013 I am two weeks from surgery and doing my pre diet. I am only finishing up day two and seem to be doing ok. Wondering what everyone else did to make the shakes last a little longer for them or add flavor to it. I am looking for any support during this process you can give.
