Broke that Barrier!

I finally broke out of the 300 pound world! I had my surgery April 1st, and have lost 58.5 pounds..... I haven't been out of the 300's in a long time. I almost couldn't believe my ears when the scale spoke today!!!!

Now on to break out of the 200's which will take some time, but every pound lost is a pound closer to onderland!

Terrific! Keep setting those goals and when get a little down remember this day, what you were feeling how good it felt.

I would encourage you to start a scrapbook or a journal or simply print out this thread so you never forget this feeling and keep you motivated through your band journey.
