sallie2 13 Posted August 30, 2013 Just got back from Hernia surgery. Feels like I got hit by a Mack Truck. Weighing in at 228. Up .05. Exercise goal for August~ Exercise minimum 4x a week Date banded~ 5/30/13 Total weight loss since banding/pre op diet~ 17lbs 209 this morning...
