I really like Sunkist Protein it has 24g of protein and no sugar. I was able to drink the whey protein before I got banded but can't take it now. This Sunkist drink is really good cold.

I, now, stay away from both of them. We(hubby and I) bought Vega, which has neither soy or whey Protein. I add Water and it is delicious. It is made with pea protein, sacha inchi protein, sprouted whole grain brown rice protein, and alfalfa protein. We stay away from soy products, adn are allergic to dairy so no whey. It is a little pricey, but goes a long way. 26 grams protein, and 2.8 g sugar. Bets wishes, Karen

I like Chike Protein Shakes. I used that from the beginning, it was the best tasting. I get it from ilikechike.com. It has whey Protein isolate and it is a Meal Replacement.< /p>

whey isolate is the best and will probably be recommended by your NUT. The Body Fortress vanilla Creme whey isolate from Wal-Mart is good. nectar Sweet Protein Drinks, working on chocolate Truffle right now, are really good and the other flavors are pretty good, these can be found at Vitamin Shoppe. If you hunt around on the web a bit, you can find a sample package of the Nectar Protein drinks to find out what you like, my Vitamin Shoppe had the single servings of the Chocolate Truffle and Lemonade, but the one close to you may have more you could try. I like to mix my protein drinks with vanilla almond milk and the Kroger vanilla carbmaster milk. I have a sensitive stomach to any whey concentrates (which is not isolate) that use a lot of fillers, but the ones I mentioned above don't cause me any problems.

I use Bariactric Advantage meal replacement shakes it is the top one my Dr. recommended. It is whey Protein isolate and has 27 grams of Protein and 1 gram of sugar. I get it online at BariacticAdvantage.com and it cost 46.25 for a 21 serving tub it has been worth it to me. I like the vanilla. It makes a thicker shake compared to some I've seen. I also like Syntrax nectar but get samples of the flavors first the fuzzy navel was terrific but the caribbean cooler tasted to coco-nutty with an after taste too. You can find it on the same site for 34.99 it is whey protein isolate as well it is not a meal replacement though so it is cheaper. The Meal Replacements have more protein, Vitamins, and minerals I believe.
