deeberry 9 Posted July 29, 2013 I had my first Fill July 25 So I'm good with solid foods going down as long as I Chew them Very well but When it comes to liquids I can't seem to get 64 ounce of Liquids in It was my first day back to work after being off for a month I'm on the same bottle Water I had at 7 o'clock this morning Is this something I have to get used to however I was able to get a bottle of Protein Shake in 1 ☠carolinagirl☠ reacted to this Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Sharpie 3,306 Posted July 29, 2013 yes sometimes I don't get to 64 oz's I forget sometimes and other times if I'm gonna be out and about I don't want to be in the bathroom all day.. sometimes after a fill it takes a few days to get adjusted ... I would try flavored water or flavored tea.. I love wyler's flavored tea.. it's better than crystal light to me... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
dawalsh 919 Posted July 30, 2013 It doesn't have to be all liquid liquids. By that I mean you can do sugar free Popsicles, coffee, teas.
