stephwellman 131 Posted July 27, 2013 So I was 451 when I first started my pre-op diet and I went to wal-mart to buy a scale and the maximum weight they went up to was 445lbs so I bought it and every so often I'd weigh myself at home and it said "ol" for over load or oh lord which ever you prefer (lol). But today I weighed myself and it said 442.7.....I'm soooo excited I measured myself twice just to be sure it was right and it Steal read the same thing.....this made my day let's Celebrate with a fat free, sugar free, gluten free, popsicle!! 10 Laurajean030, dylanmiles23, greatlyblessmom and 7 others reacted to this

solson8201 98 Posted July 27, 2013 So happy for you! But I have to say, since this victory actually involves a scale I'm not sure it can be qualified as a "non-scale" victory. It's literally a "scale" victory :-) Lol! 3 RwSample, Heccat2 and Debbie3sons reacted to this

How many days on pre-op?
stephwellman 131 Posted August 4, 2013 I posted this 15 days into pre-op approximately. Now I'm 3 weeks in and I've lost 13 pounds as of this morning. I am sluggish due to the all liquid part of the diet but all is well! No new NSV's yet though. 1 BandtoSleevechick reacted to this
Brittani87 30 Posted August 4, 2013 I started at 389 before surgery and had to go on my 1500 calorie diet two weeks before. My surgery was this past Tuesday and I weighed in at 374. My scale did go back up some but it's bc of all the swelling from surgery so if you see your numbers go up don't get discouraged. I weighed in today and I'm down 373. I will take that sixteen pounds! Good luck with your surgery! 2 BandtoSleevechick and stephwellman reacted to this
