goalseeker 695 Posted July 26, 2013 I have been struggling lately. I'm definitely in a plateau and I know what I need to do to break it. I'm just enjoying summer WAY TOO MUCH!! So to make myself feel better about maintaining I decided to look at my measurement chart. Sure that was encouraging 11 inches in my waist. Wow!!! But this is what helped even more and I encourage you to do it.... I held the measuring tape up to each body area at my OLD measurements so I could visualize how much smaller I am...it really helped me to see how far I have come in the past 11 months. Stall or not it will boost your confidence and make you feel good about how far you have come. jfc193 718 Posted July 26, 2013 Just went to a three week period with the scale moving up and down the same two pounds but now its moving again. Like you I try to focus on the inches lost and how much energy I have with no more back and knee pain and on no medications.
