Today I Am going for my pre-surgical testing. Which means I've been on the pre liquid diet for one week and lost 8lbs so far (is this good or should I have lost more) and next week at this time ill be getting banded. Can't believe only one week left. So unreal!!!

8 is typical results. Usually if your doc doesnt place an actual requirement they are just looking for earnest lost. Good luck on your surgery and welcome to bandland.

I lost 12 total so 8 in a week is good. I was banded on the 10th and am loving it so far.
