1st Workout- 15 Days Post Op

I'm feeling amazing ! This morning was my first workout! I'm taking it slow but still putting my best in. I walked for 45 mins at a 2.0 incline at 2.6 mph. My plan is to do 5 days a week! I'm so ready for this .

Starting Weight: 319.0

Surgery Date: 306.3 July 5th

Current Weight: 295.0

Loss: 24 lbs

Awesome!!! I'm only 5 days out and looking forward to my 2- week post-op visit to start running again. Patience is a virtue!!!

I was told know heavy or strenuous workout for six weeks.

Thanks ladies just wanted to know what exactly to tell my trainer cause she works on abs a lot lol so no weights no abs #imalittleexcitedaboutthat lol
