Over Stuffed! 40 Posted July 20, 2013 My expectations of this journey were to have lost all the weight by this time and to be healthy. The reality is I have lost 55 lbs and that is great for me and i am only half way there. My health has improved in every area! I am walking up to 7 miles a day...who would have thought I could make accomplishments like this...ever? I am feeling comfortable and full of energy. My outlook has improved 100% I look forward to each day! I am a slow loser but that is OK with me as long as the weight keeps coming off and I am healthy. When this journey began I was determined to be successful and I feel like I've got control of this and my life. So...happy anniversary to me.....the ever changing me who I am beginning to enjoy again! I wish great success to my fellow banisters and my wish for everyone is to find your success and celebrate! Don't give up ever! 9 DELETE THIS ACCOUNT!, kah1213, mrsto and 6 others reacted to this

Mrs.Bales 31 Posted July 20, 2013 Fantasic job (and yes we all know it really is work!) You are exactly where I want to be at the one year mark, I will be more than happy with a pound a week. It took me almost 10 years to put the last 75 lbs on and I keep reminding myself it isn't going to go away overnight. Keep in up! 1 Over Stuffed! reacted to this
