Pre-op diet is getting easier. I'm finding I'm staying full with the Protein shakes. 5lbs in 3 days makes me happy even though its Water weight. I just feel so much less bloated and my stomach isn't as puffy. You can see a tiny difference. It's all motivation to stick to it and suffer when my kids are eating real food. Lol
