I would like to know about how long after surgery where you able to work out??

Depends on what you mean by work out. You can walk right away but running or spinning, or more strenuous activity usually takes a while....like around six weeks or so. I swim and had to wait for the incisions to completely heal so as not to wind up with infections.

I second that! Try to walk a little bit every day and listen to your body. If you feel good, try doing a little more. Stop when you get tired. Your body is healing, just be conscientious and listen to what your body tells you it is ready (or not ready!) for.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...
