Happy Birthday! Yesterday was my birthday and I had a small piece of my cake, the size of a deck of cards.. Hate to think of all those calories though! I am 6 weeks post op and I haven't really screwed up till now :/ well, Happy Birthday again!

Instead of cake put a little bit of Whip Cream on top of your protien shake. HAHAHA
