Got news from office secretary and doctor signed off on all the documentation for insurance...I will have my answer by next week this is what I been waiting for and I need help what shakes do I buy something that taste well but will be enough for me to survive...thanks and have a great week

I'll keep my figures cross on the insurance approval.

As for Protein shakes I prefer Pure Protein premix shakes or powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury powder shakes. It is all a personal preference as you will see in the replies.
