1st Day Back at work - 10 Days Post Op

Well today is my first day back and feeling fantastic . I tool my liquid B-12 and it has helped me tremendously. Having a heard time getting in my Water without making me too full. Everyone at my job noticed my weight loss. I'm 24 lbs down including pre op. I felt so good getting dressed this morning. I had already adjusted my eating and everyone took notice so it wasn't out of the ordinary . I'm not telling a soul up here . I'm going to start exercising today . Just start off small with 30 mins .

Starting : 319.0

After Pre Op Diet: 306.0

Today: 295.0

Total Loss: 24 lbs

That's awesome!! I go back to school tomorrow and my surgery was this past Wednesday. I feel great, though, and probably could have gone back today or yesterday if I had had to!

I'm glad you are feeling great! Also, I bet it was an amazing feeling that people noticed. 24lbs might not seem like a lot to other people, but it is something amazing! Keep up the good work!
