Novemberbabies 11 Posted July 14, 2013 Hello! I went for my 1 month post op appt this past Friday! They accidentally scheduled me for 2 weeks after my surgery, so I was also in 2 weeks ago and in 2 weeks lost 8lbs! Total loss ( no pre op diet) of 28 lbs! I got a fill and was a little nervous. It wasn't as bad as i thought! Found out at the time of surgery mr Dr put in 4cc in my band! They gave me 1 more, so I have 5cc in a 10 band! Felt good afterwards. liquid all day friday and sat and today I can start mushies! So far so good! Hope you all are doing well!

Novemberbabies 11 Posted July 15, 2013 Hello Joanne, I actually haven't noticed any difference yet?! I am wondering if it might take a few days like others have mentioned?! I will be looking for those changes. How are things going with you?
SueBee01 630 Posted July 15, 2013 You shouldn't notice anything until you eat slid Proteins. And you should only notice that when eating the suggested amount of food, dense Protein, veggies and good carbs with no Water for 30 minutes, you should feel satisfied, not full. It is never about being full, it is about being satisfied. That is also why it is important to eat foods you enjoy so you don't crave something else. The mind likes to play lots of head games. Don't measure your fill on Liquid Protein or mushies. 1 Kai-shek reacted to this
